
River Breeze Catering was born from a genuine obsession with food. Growing up in France has indeed started in me a passion for good food and how it brings people together. Nothing is more satisfying than spending time with loved ones around beautiful food and wine or sampling foods from different cultures. My training as a chef started in culinary school in both Sisteron and Marseille, France and then grew throughout my travels and feeding my loved ones. Over the years, I realised how modern-day eating habits have changed and impacted our health. Therefore, I qualified as a Nutritionist in 2014. A healthy approach to food is essential; good home-style cooking is the best way to achieve this. My mission is to make you fall in love with my food and hopefully encourage you to give it a go at cooking at home, too.
