Hi, I’m Claire — originally from the South of France and now proud to call Noosa home.
River Breeze Catering was born from a lifelong love of food and the joy it brings to people gathered around a table.
Growing up in the South of France, I was surrounded by the flavours, markets, and traditions of Provence — long lunches under the sun, fresh produce from local growers, simple dishes elevated by quality ingredients, and the belief that food is meant to be shared. In Provence, meals are not rushed; they are moments of connection, celebration, and togetherness.

My culinary training began in Sisteron and Marseille, France, where I completed formal chef training before continuing to refine my skills through travel, exploration, and countless shared meals with family and friends. Those early experiences shaped the way I cook today — generous, seasonal, vibrant, and designed to bring people together.
I recently relocated to beautiful Noosa on the Sunshine Coast — a place that feels, in many ways, like a little piece of Provence by the sea. With its stunning coastline, lush hinterland, and abundance of incredible local produce, this part of the world offers the perfect backdrop for relaxed, elegant celebrations. The natural beauty of Noosa inspires every menu we create, blending French and Mediterranean influence with fresh Australian ingredients.
